A well balanced team having complementary skills and talents. We have over 20 years experience in Risk
Assessment & Risk Management. We are accredited by Elmhurst Energy to provide Legionella Risk Assessments and Domestic Energy Performance Certificates.
We also provide PAT testing and Fire Risk Assessments to ensure compliance with Private Residential Tenancy's and Short-Term Lets following recent changes in legislation surrounding Holiday Cottages and the Serviced Accommodation sectors.
OUR SERVICES
Legionella Risk Assessment
Under current health and safety legislation, all landlords have a legal duty to ensure that the risk of exposure to legionella is properly assessed and controlled. This has been reinforced by section 19 of the Private Residential Tenancy model introduced by the Scottish Government in 2017.
Energy Performance Certificates
We are providers of Energy Performance Certificates for all types of residential properties. An EPC is required whenever a property is built, sold or rented.
We are accredited and insured by Elmhurst Energy to carry out your EPC requirements.
